Ingredients

  • Thin pizza base (22cm approx)
  • 2 tablespoons basil pesto
  • 2 roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 6 balls bocconcini cheese, sliced
  • Handful of baby basil leaves

Method

Step 1
Spread basil pesto evenly over the pizza base. Top with sliced tomato and bocconcini. Cook on preheated pizza stone for  15 minutes.  When cooked dress with basil leaves.
