Preheat your barbecue for 10 minutes for indirect cooking. For Q use a convection tray and trivet.
Place the flour, wattle seed and salt in a large bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Add the butter and using your fingertips rub the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles fine bread crumbs.
Make a well in the centre and add the milk and water.
Using a large spoon mix until the mixture is just starting to come together.
Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for a couple of minutes until the dough is smooth.
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to roughly the same shape as the Q fry pan.
Place the dough in the fry pan.
Turn your barbecue control knobs to the roast setting. Please refer to your handbook for settings.
Place the fry pan in the barbecue and roast for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
It should sound hollow when tapped on the underneath.
